Challenge
Designing for non-tech-savvy users working in harsh field conditions (dirt, grease, outdoor lighting) with unstable internet connectivity. The UX had to accommodate physical constraints—such as using the app with gloves or "fat fingers"—and deliver immediate value without friction to ensure adoption by a workforce that demands speed and efficiency.
Solution
Developed a high-contrast, offline-ready interface optimized for "fat fingers" and rapid data entry, maximizing value for both mechanics and managers.
